You have to take a 60 hour prelicensing class in order to qualify for the test, unless you have a four year degree in real estate. 

I just got my four year degree and have only been looking into real estate the past 2 months.

I want to make this a full-time career while I attend the University of Texas at Arlington in my purse of a finance degree.

I mean, we all probably do that to a certain degree.  

A huge part of that is that, for the last 30 years or so, we've told any high school kid with half a brain that they should go get a 4-year college degree.

Out of high school my goal was to become an architect and interior designer/decorator, but when I finished my associates degree, the solar industry fell into my lap and I ended up becoming a Project Manager for a solar installation company over the next 7 years.

You can exceed them by a tiny degree but not by much. 

And after deciding that buying a B&B by the beach somewhere to put my new culinary degree to work would be too confining, I decided to use that money to create passive income.

To some degree this is true just about everywhere across the country.
