The records are all public record but your end buyer will most likely want a report from a certified title examiner (and 3rd party) for their own security.

Everytime I hear a story like this I simply cannot believe the nerve some people have to pull stunts like this.

Tal - You would not have to take your national exam again but you would need to take the state exam in the state you would want to become licensed in.
