I have a hot water tank from 1979 that is still going strong, I don't even look at that thing for fear it will crap out on me.

A recession is nothing to fear , in fact it is a great opportunity to buy and increase your portfolio *if you are prepared

They've likely seen one too many episodes of HGTV, fearing a cracked foundation they missed the first 12 walk through's. 119k may seem like a small amount to you.

What are your fears?

After acquiring a couple of doors we would like to buy a property in the Bronx, but I fear that prices will shoot up way more than they are now. 

I will admit now that my profession combined with my expensive market can force me out of buying properties anytime soon, but my motivation and interest in this field has overcome that fear.

My biggest fear is going into a brrrr and not being able to be fefi'd becouse of my less than great credit...
