Real estate is definitely a constant learning experience, and adaptability is key.Building connections with buyers in a new market can be a real challenge, especially when trying to understand their specific needs and earning their trust.

Not sure what your monthly cost is, but every vacant month it costs a lot trying to make that up.

SW is about the only place we can do it so that's where all the R&D is located by the daisy-chain of those trying to evolve the tech to something of viability.
