The Beltline, Quarry Yards project, proximity to Marta and Downtown are all going to be big drivers, as well as increasing in-migration of young people from around the country looking for affordability, access to transit, and an urban lifestyle.As a born-and-raised Atlantan, I'm long on the area and my investments demonstrate this.

If so go above and below the areas and see where they migrated if they did.

I would tend to agree - Columbus is the capital of the 7th most populous state in the country, is growing naturally (net positive migration), has a relatively diverse economy with many universities, and on average has a fairly low price-to-rent.

Even those have migrated to mostly being outside the city, in the suburbs.

But the California migration this spring and summer will probably continue to prop the market up.

Either way I like it, it's a very possible downsize opportunity in the future if I don't migrate south.
