By doing this you'll start to see which strategies might better align with your resources (time, money, energy, connections, etc) and your future goals.

Instead using the tax to work in your favor to purchase larger nicer property/properties. 

With larger companies, it can be hard to get to the right person.

Financing is key, and many investors use mortgages to leverage their money and control larger properties.

Our house is one of the larger lake homes in the area so it caters to large groups.  

They've mandated its demolition but have allowed me to build an even larger addition (500 sq ft).The city is requesting building plans for this new addition.
