I suppose in some cases the lines are more intrusive/visible, but my wife and I sold a home last year that had lines cutting through the backyard (I could grab them if I jumped).

On a deal with Roofstock that ultimately fell through I had Roofstock send the disclosures back to the seller several times until every question was responded to, which ultimately led to the revelation of prior water intrusion into the basement that they had claimed to have resolved.

Water intrusion in crawl spaces and basements is very common but fortunately, in most cases easily remedied. 99% of water intrusion is due to inadequate drainage to to the condition of or lack of gutters and downspout and improper soil grading around the foundation.

I believe that pest control - whenever possible - should be the responsibility of the tenant as the tenant is the one who is disposing of food/trash, maintaining the cleanliness of the property, and securing doors and windows to prevent intrusion

I was in first class so not as intrusive to the neighbor as being back in coach where your really shoulder to shoulder.
