I was told these tenants are total ANGELS and keeps the property in pristine condition and never gave any hassle--this is why the current landlord has been so gentle with them.I am buying this property because I want to keep these people in here "forever" and just collect reliable rent.

But, be gentle in talking to people, they know they are in foreclosure and you are best off saying something to the effect of "Hi, I'm trying to buy a property in the neighborhood and I'm just canvassing the area to see if I can find anyone interested in selling.

So they started where accepted, got recognition, and started gently directing consumer actions. yeah, makes ya wonder if Zillow just purchased the play-book. 

Bought the next gentle fixer, fixed it up over time. 

It kills the very good and the very gentle and the very brave impartially.

.)-$250 per bathroom-$1500 per living area (including outdoor spaces)-$1200 for a Kitchen + Dining -$500 miscellaneous That's buying everything new, so if you have the time and energy to shop around for some gently used furniture, you COULD do it cheaper, but I've found that the financial savings is seldom worth the time and effort it requires.

Question for you, when I remove plaster on some of the walls should I be "gentle" in the demolation of the walls?
