For those of you that use 3rd party property management, what are some of the needs your PM has trouble fulfilling?

He has one more year until he has fulfilled his contract and then he plans to move into a civilian job. 

I am absolutely new to this business but wanted to get in as I believe it will fulfill my thirst of having the money works hard for me.

i.e. people person vs numbers person, Meyers Briggs, etc.The people that do well in stocks tend to be highly educated, decades long stamina, world class numbers and analytical skills, readers not talkers, life long learners that can connect many global dots together into a strategy.But most run on emotions and that's why the only winner this week was JPM/GS on the VIX.Now if you meant trading, things get worse, as 90% or more fail...If you can't handle high amounts of risk, stress, losses, etc.stick to real estate or hire a world class broker that has your back.If you still want to invest, I would recommend going short NOT LONG until we hit bottom!!!

The struggle is when you feel you're not following your passion, or you rare and valuable skills/ career isn't fulfilling, there's something better long-term and on and on.. all of these things might be true but they aren't worth making drastic, uninformed life-changes over.

Also, you should look into rate term refi'ing the HELOC and primary into your new loan.Because of inflation, the money you spend today is the most expensive money you will spend for the rest of your life. Long
