It's just rather frustrating that in a county with so little housing inventory that we can't capitalize on 8 homes that would be free to have. 

Bottom line, this must be very frustrating for you especially considering you have a family to pack and move in a short period of time plus work. 

However, I continue to be frustrated having to pass up on deals because the cash flow is not their when I have to finance at 15 years for a commercial loan.

It's really frustrating for me because I already quit my jobs and I just want to get out of here and re-establish elsewhere.

This is so frustrating.

Hi all,I live and invest in NJ, but frustration with the landscape for further investment here has been motivating me to unfold the map and look elsewhere. 

My 9 to 5 job is sales and I have grown increasingly frustrated with the prospect that I am making millions of dollars for somebody else when I could be putting the same effort into my own business thus,  have recently decided to go all in with real estate investing.I have a decent understanding of the process but I am stuck in the analysis phase of how to generate leads for a few hundred to a thousand dollars.
