Starting the pre-approval process and it's been easy so far, but I do like to hear from people who have used a company before.

We learned through this process that when we don't have the answers, we need to ask for help.

I also just use word processing to create a guide book. 3 ring binder with sheet protectors.I put in all sorts of things like local menus, maps to cool places etc.

As a licensed real estate agent and contractor, I speak the language and can guide you through the process to ensure everything runs smoothly.

It certainly has a large dependency; you are at the mercy of that one OTA.In addition, unless you are at ideal occupancy, alternate platforms can fill some holes.  

Hugely popular area.Our cabin is doing good, hopefully the calendar will fill in more throughout the year.Although lots of people visit the area there is a lot of competition. 

You are likely overpaying by $5,000.Broker fee of $3,000 and Processing Fees of $2,000 seem out of place...but then again, i never used a broker to get a loan so I am not sure about that.If the broker was able to get you an interest rate or loan product that you wouldn't be able to find on the open market...its high, but likely fair.if you are getting a loan product that you could have gotten by going to a normal bank...seems high and unnecessary. 

If you want to scale then you’ll need systems and processes so that you don’t feel so overwhelmed.

I stumbled upon Deal Machine as a tool to aid in the process.

This is not a quick process, but none the less, the best process and it works every time.
