It is in a medical condominium type of a place, but not a fancy new one. 

You can really play with the price if you don't go too fancy.

$250k granite, stainless is a super fancy single-family rental.  

Things I have found renters care less about than I do: new cabinets, fancy light fixtures, specific types of flooring (other than no carpet), granite countertops, outside landscaping, fancy siding, heavy curb appeal in general, fancy appliances, and probably other things I can't even think of off the top of my head.

I spent my corporate career collecting fancy titles and aggressively pursuing salary bumps - trust me when I say that the sigma grind for 30 seconds of an endorphin rush is not a good ROI.10) Decide if this is right for you.

I don't know what fancy term they use now, but we used to call this a wrap.  

But, why should I pay for some hick to dress in overalls and ride a tractor all day.

Most people don't think about this but costs to build can double very quickly just by being fancy.
