The business is literally passing on development projects or wholesaling deals because they can't raise capital fast enough.The business would really explode if they had a good line of credit or a decent investment from an Angel because it would allow for more flexibility.

Toronto is exploding, but Peterborough is under your wing before you even reach altitude on a flight to Montreal and it isn't doing anything crazy.
