But, by performing this transaction through agents, using an attorney for promissory note, Trust Indenture, escrow instructions and the reconveyance deed and using a 3rd party servicer to handle payments and escrow, those bases are covered.I am performing due diligence from all angles to ensure this goes smoothly, if it goes that is :)

If you instruct them the payment is due on the due date as stated in the contract, they will be better at paying by the due date.One word of caution, some judges look at the payment history and your lack of structure when settling disputes.

The other thing is to determine if the author of any technical subject is actually qualified to give instruction, being successful doing XYZ and making a million means it worked for them, not that anyone else can duplicate that nor is having made money any qualification to actually teach others.
