Does DLK Enterprises still control most of the real estate in Whitewater?

I was hoping for a different digital experience  based on definition of digital enterprise.

A business is defined as an organization or enterprising entity engaged in commercial, industrial, or professional activities.

We currently use Quickbooks Enterprise for financial tracking, and we do ACH rent collections for about 40% of our tenants manually through our bank's website.

I can't remember the name of the program but I remember in 7th grade it was Poore Brothers Potato chips, which is ultimately owned by a larger corporation that owns several brands(look up inventure group) and 8th grade was a smaller organization but very impressive when you learn about the guy, Hazelwoods enterprises.

The application was completed, I was approved, and the sum of $500 was sent to Chris Macone (Macone Enterprises) and $500 to his consultant.

Take away the expectation of profit and the Howie test fails.1. investment of money due to 2. an expectation of profits arising from 3. a common enterprise which depends solely on the efforts of a promoter or third party.I do understand that notes are considered securities, I believe that they are exempt from the regulation.I am not an attorney, please get advice from one that practices securities law.

I grew up thereWindolf Construction does good work and my best friends parents own the company (pricey)Been around my entire childhood.I also have a very good friend who owns Crest Enterprises and that is his construction company.  

Syndication is basically the joining of parties/individuals that are engaged in an enterprise of common interest.
