I think that factors such as short supply/ high demand, low interest rates, and asset price inflation due to the massive injection of liquidity into the capital markets will all keep property values elevated for the foreseeable future.

The renovation of the interior of this building would be a monumental process with the mention of the tiny elevators and ugly lobby.  

Why did we just go from lot design to lot excavation, which is usually further down the list after you cost out the elevation, road and utility excavations.
