If I could rewind 7 years, I would’ve personally scooped up another property near downtown...prices were more forgiving back then.All that said, I’m curious..if you were getting back in the game today, would a condo with strong amenities but an unpredictable HOA top your list, or are you eyeing single-families for that full control?

If they were an employee of yours or a member of your team in a different business, would you dock their payroll if they made any mistake for you in their day-to-day job?

We still use some of those same principles today.

When I started OOS investing in 2021, my realtor & property manager were the 2 keys to my ability to buy assets and take on the day to day management of the property.

EDUCATE YOURSELF - yes, it will take time, but will lead to a selection that better meets your expectations & avoids potentially costly surprises!

Seems like a decent resource for new investors with education and networking opportunities.
