Tried quickbooks and could never get the hang of it, I will have to look into tutorials / user guidesI just came across LandlordMax.com, it's a desktop app, not cloud or online based, $200 flat, no monthly fee.

Open a pic on any decent large desktop monitor and zoom in a little, and you can learn much more detail than from an unstable video.

I normally recommend Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online, Stessa or Xero.Best of luck!

The interface is clean and easy to use on the desktop as well as the phone app.

You can create one using my favorite tool, the 10bii Calculator (mobile and desktop).I'd also get to know who's servicing the loan, whether it be the seller or a third party.

Hey @Laurie Abbott, if you scroll to the bottom of the BP website on your desktop there is a tab called "File Place" you can check there for what you're looking for!

@Gregory Tran,This updated site, still has some "bugs" in it.When ever I'm on this site, I always use either a Laptop or a Desktop.

I would say figure out what you need, and do some desktop research on all the options.
