A lot of investors like to go direct in hopes of getting better fees/rates, it may work for a few that are very deep into the lending space, but majority of investors do not have the time to keep up with changing guidelines, loan structures, and making sure the lender is trustworthy.

I previously did a free trial for PropStream but didn't get too deep into it.

Also, as they say... not your keys, not your coins--so better have a very deep trust in whatever site you go with.

Also they never mentioned their license.I've uncovered so many "good legitimate business" that's ending up investor losing money or being wiped out at the level ten deep dive due diligence, but this one is the most transparent scammer.

So I would think that any good cleaning company could come and do a deep clean after a 3 month stay just like you would with a LTR tenant flip.There should be a ton of cleaners in that area.
