It has been my experience and observation that the relationship between the Landlord (LL) and the Property Manager (PM) is critical and cannot be overstated...but it is also extremely precarious.

Really, I hate to be critical (not) but it is very difficult reading post after post from landlords asking for advice on a very simple landlord 101 situation.

I can't remember why I picked them over the competition, probably price combined with feature set.For me, they have a huge number of features and is critical for keeping everything in line.
