I have connections in Las Vegas, San Antonio and Florida and if it's suggested does anyone have a repeatable system of wholesaling remotely nationwide?

It is is in the Las Vegas area.

I purchased a duplex in October of 2018 in Miami, and in Dec. of 2019 i moved to Las Vegas and now im interested in getting a second FHA but im not sure if i can get another multi-unit or it has to be a single family property.

But in Las Vegas the property owner must be billed directly for sewer services.

*Never owned a home before, been a renter of condos/duplexes for 10+ years*Currently in Las Vegas, but have some knowledge/ties to Indianapolis, Atlanta, Jacksonville, and Orlando markets.

I am looking for a real estate agent in Las Vegas.

I don't know if this is the right place to post but if not please move to the right place...My question is I am buying a condo and I have to live in it for one year I have 3 bedrooms the property is in Las vegas so i want to rent out the other 2 rooms by the room so I am wondering if this is feasible I am looking for a Property Management company in Las Vegas would they take this on or is it a no go?

I will be buying again in Las Vegas, possibly April of this year.

Is anyone BRRRRing or flipping in Las Vegas?

That being said, I am very concerned about values in Las Vegas because no one needs to come to Las Vegas.
