This guy checked all the boxes: good job of 6 years with income over 3x the monthly rent, good credit, barely any debt, no criminal history, no judgements, no evictions, paid first/last/security with no issues, got renters insurance, pays on time each month automatically through Cozy, etc.

I went straight from a Marine corps barracks to a cozy apartment which of course covers all maintenance and i only pay electric.

20 SFHs, 1 LLC, 1 umbrella policy, 1 checking account, 1 spreadsheet, 1 laptop, 1 mobile phone, 1 pickup truck, and Cozy.

The tenants have Cozy pull the money out of their checking account, and then Cozy puts it in my bank account a few days later.  

I wanted to sign up for Cozy having heard about it multiple times on the podcast so I just went to the App store and downloaded what I thought was their app, not knowing the spelling.

Does anybody else manage their SFH properties using the online app COZY.

Cozy, Tenant Cloud, etc.

I use Cozy (which is similar to Tellus), and I mention it as one of two possible payment options in my lease. 

I believe Cozy allows CC payments and the tenant pays the fee, maybe worth a look?
