When was: it painted last, roof replaced, mechanicals replace, renovated(fixture, faucets, cabinets, counter tops, etc.)At a min I would go with $400 per door and up depending on answers to the above questions.

I wanted to make sure the four connections to it, two in, two out, and they are all dry, so I know it's not the pipes it connected to.If the leaks were higher up, the wall cabinets is one option.If is lower where the counter top is.

So right off the bad there's a business model mis match.Turn key folks won't pull out dated kitchens and often even leave the counter tops, old toilets and bath tubs.

While the cabinets could be saved, refinished, and add new hardware along with new granite countertops and the new cut in and plumbing for dishwasher, by the time I do all of that, it would only cost me about a grand or two more for brand new, and new in the kitchen always brings the value at exit so it is typical in my case and in my area to gut and start fresh.

Put in 42'' shaker espresso cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new tile, painted the garage floor, painted the exterior of the house, painted interior, added a walk-in pantry, finished the attic space to give it a 3rd bedroom/bonus room, new tile in the bathroom, new vanity, and tons of landscaping.

That may change down the road, but it's not in my current plans.I am also not limiting myself to only purchasing brand new turnkey properties; I am willing to do some very 'basic' renovations via outsourcing the work to others such as upgrading/replacing floors, countertops, appliances, paiting, etc.
