He needs referrals to mortgage brokers for construction to permanent lending in NY.

These areas still have a great rental demand and not overbuilt.Areas like Northern Liberties, fishtown, point breeze have a lot of options, but also a lot of struggling landlords as there is a great number of new construction high rises creating a lot of supply in the nearby market.

And my houses were new construction really nice brick homes.. 12 years of owning them made zero return by the time I had to freshen them up to sell. but at least they sold retail..

So we will go from 1 unit to 4 units, with a combination of personal funds and construction loans.

This might not have been the best kind of credit to use as a construction loan.

I am wondering if anyone is aware of any DSCR loans that will finance construction internationally.
