Is such a Finder business model common?

One common theme on the forum that I have noticed is that reators who are active in a certain markets keep pumping their narrative and bias which puts me off as the motivation is at question here.

Seems like that is the common suggestion amongst everyone.

Is it common to ask for bids before locking in contracts?

Call it what you want, I call it common sense.I'd love to keep arguing, but I've gotta go hire a few dozen people so that I can fire them and then blame them for it. 

A common mistake is assuming that people always behave rationally and make decisions in their best interest.

We want to put up signs and get cameras set up around our perimeter and inside the common areas for added piece of mind for us and the remaining tenants.

Thanks in advanceVery common strategy - I would say if the LLC is buying it then make sure it is buying it and its separate from you as a person -for example if you are getting a mortgage it must be in the LLC name not yours.
