I found a local cabinet manufacturer that was 1/3 the price of the cheapest ones at HomeDepot - then they charged $150 for assembly and delivery and then hired a handyman to install for $300.Unless that surround was cracked or damaged in the bathroom - I would have left it.

Though I would strongly suggest being in. a position to be able to hop on a plane to see a property or deal with an issue (even if you have the strongest team assembled).
