I am a fan of the Kansas City metro, especially the suburbs on the Kansas side like Olathe, and Overland Park and more.

He enjoys the cash flow, has a good tenant screening process, and is OK with the tenant headaches that are going to occur.I would put it higher on the reward side of the profile, but it also is a higher amount of work and harder to scale endeavor.

Maybe it is more if you paint them vs hardie board siding?   

That's why I think investors are not your friend, you want retail buyers.Have you talked to the neighbors on all sides of you? 

I can fix almost anything and have experience with electrical, plumbing, flooring, roofing, siding, drywall, etc.  

I have been using Xero and Quickbooks online side by side for a few months and Xero seems just as robust.

If so it might be hard to sell the management side of the business as the the real estate sales may be also under the same company structure.

I would look through emails or texts to see if you have any additional evidence to support your side.
