@Nicholas Reece I took my eldest child with me to the title company to close, took a pic of him signing (scribbling) his name on a blank page.

She wanted to know what classes we took, we looked at her with blank faces because we didn't even finish high school, but we don't want her to struggle as much as we have to get to the point where we are.

The blank piece of paper is very bad.

Hard to be patient on occasion, but doing so will help keep your blood pressure in check.

The rehab we are still working on as one guy tried to screw us over point blank and it was obvious.

During these years until the present, I also worked from time to time doing repairs and improvements independantly in various buildings from offices to warehouses from vacant houses that were barely standing to homes (on occasion) who’s valued more than a couple of million dollars.
