I did an online chat session with altisource and they told me that the listing agents for their properties will not show the properties, I need to use a buyer's agent.Do you guys just make a bid without seeing the interior of the property, and the look at it during inspection?

I attended a high powered legal session at the Expo and the rules and laws have changes regarding that.

If it's a nice house with good tenants as you describe have any painting and cleaning crews ready to do a hard core prep session that first week of October and knock it out in less than a week.

I've heard about putting ads in paper for 30 minute lunch sessions where you discuss what you do and try to get people to sign up....sounds shady.
