During the title search the title company found 2 properties which may or may not be my fathers (I doubt it) one of which had a complaint claim in 2018, also a bankruptcy came up in the search for the property I’m refinancing, I’m named after my father and they need me to verify that the bankruptcy isn’t mine, and that I, nor my father owns these other two properties.
