It is a little pet-peeve to receive opinions from thin air versus advice from a true experience.

October is right around the corner, time for those Hot Air Balloons!

I purchased both in city with an air-force base near by, with a strong demand for families to live in a home with a yard; also has the best school district around! 

Since I've never lived in my rental houses (and I'm paying abnormally low electrical rates when these are empty...just to keep the frig going, air when showing a place, a few lights, etc.)

Since it already has the ductwork, it could be replaced with a forced hot air furnace. 

Hello @Jeremy Geyer,Do you have rental properties near Jacksonville or the Little Rock Air Base?

Interested in other Ogden investors' take on installing air conditioning.

I am in the US Air Force and have about 5 months left of my enlistment.

This means a roof that does not leak, hot water available, heat and air conditioning, and good plumbing / electric.  

The attic area is too small to get into so taking all that out will be a while.In the meanwhile I would like something to absorb the smell from the air quickly.
