I have mixed feelings about them as do many seattlites,  but generally speaking they are more organized and better managed than the currently available alternative  (tents,  broken down RV or cars,  or piles of cardboard)   ---   I'd trade a larger tiny house village  for an equal reduction in the number of "unsanctioned" campers in an equal radius of my home  (and investments)  any day.That said,   I do disagree with the "low barrier" ones (which allow drug use/etc). 

I wouldn't put too much weight on what grade it has per the county website, as that is pretty general. 

Our market has seen a lot of appreciation but I’m seeing a current cooling with longer days on market and an increase in price reductions.

I am seeing price reductions for the first time in a few years.

Years of should I shouldn’t I thought vanished and I felt a huge weight lifted. 

(This is how many mortgage-reduction plans work.)  

Plus their land value is also a sizable part of their lending weight.

But I doubt it will even be a 10% reduction, and what do you care, you’re cash flowing.

. $50 reduction?
