My opinion is that the ship has already sailed.If you are thinking that the road warriors are going to burn your house down, gold coins are portable.

Several years ago I coached a girls AAU basketball team.

I was averaging 100 miles a day driving I think when this hit, driving to work and back, then to a soccer/basketball practice and back, getting home late almost every night.

I confirmed your soil comment with past inspections.The point of the thread however is that no matter where you buy, if you purchase and sell a single property and pay all your taxes, you'll see myths busted that are spread around by book warriors who never owned. i.e a bad deal can turn good with time.
