It is a service where tenants can go to a Kroger or Wal-Mart and pay their rent. 

I bought my property in the BelleHaven area off exit 7 I think it is where the walmart/samsclub exit is on.

I think the NW Arkansas area with the Wal Mart ecosystem boom is going to be a great cash flow and equity market this decade.We'll see how Covid impacts long term migration over time.

They should be able to cash whatever check you give them at Walmart, or a place similar.

The area is economically quite vibrant, as NWA is home to Walmart, Tyson Foods and J.B.

Don't you have a key where you can create a copy for a dollar and they can meet you at walmart or home depot to pick it up. 

I am retired and have enough CF properties to keep me from ever having to work at Walmart so I'm not much help.

The location is in walking distance from a Walmart and right down the road from a new, large shopping center.

Walmart was going to develop and there was talk of a 55+ community with additional restaurants and retail, but none of it ever came to fruition.Overall, my investments here have served me well.
