(knock on wood).put Panasonic fans in each bathroom. they are the best and it's just a few bucks more than the crappy Nutone from HD.not sure why people are having problems with disposals. i put brand new one in each house.put slotted bifold closet doors if closet has exterior wall. it will allow air movement, so wall will not mold.

Good hinges, locks, hasps, I'd suggest covering windows with bars or heavy screening with expanded steel.

@Ryan Steele The date of tenancy begins after the lease agreement is signed, move-in monies (rent, deposit, etc) are paid, and keys are given to the tenant.
