I have a tablet computer with a touch screen, and currently use inspections that are paper, I was wondering if anyone also had a tablet PC with a program that allowed them to check and make notes using there pc as they walked through the house.

I will have to look in my library to see if I can find this materials.One big thing to think about is the time that school is not in session - summer time and how to make up that rental shortfall.

I sold my last (spare) copy of the book you requested, but in the library of ASRE you find thousands of RE books.

In Tulsa, you can go to the library or courthouse and look at property info...deeds, mortgages, liens...anything filed on that property.  

Most ask this question and then disappear off the site so it's up to you if you want to learn and start reading here and at the library.
