If you are going to be adding more properties, and actively investing, you should look for a company that has licensees with designations such as CPM, or CCIM, and members of the NARPM as well as NAR.

Real estate consultants surfaced in the late 70s, in fact it was questioned that such a consultant was required to have a license, today there are consultants who are not licensees or Realtors dealing in commercial properties.

22, disclosure of being a licensee is a state requirement in the state where the license is held, if I'm dealing in Texas and I hold a Missouri license, Missouri's requirements stop at the state line and in Texas, I have no state recognized real estate knowledge on Texas law as to having greater knowledge than the general public in Texas.
