People with rates in the high 4's or low 5's may finally be willing to move on from their house if they can find a new rate in the mid 5's. 

I'm finally ready to buy my pro membership, but now I realize I don't have the code for a discount that was offered to me several times in the las couple of month.

Hi Everyone,Many years ago I had the goal of purchasing multiple investment properties and finally met it back in 2021 I am now super excited about and want to work and invest in the development of new apartment complexes or neighborhoods.Any thoughts on who to follow on X or YouTube and which development companies to reach out to that are in Austin/Houston?
