I have a steady job but, like everyone else, I would like to supplement my income and I love the flexibility of real estate. 

There is cash out there to invest if you can find the right deal to supplement the limited amount of money you have to invest.

My real estate goal is to use rental income to supplement my job.

I'm doing it for its amazing job security and mainly the income that comes with it, mainly for it to help supplement my REI journey!

Throw in taxes and inflation and that's not enough to even live comfortably.So maybe keep with the 401k and throw a little bit into Real Estate....the income from rentals will help to supplement your retirement funds....

Hard to say whether Q3 will have people going back to work or if the federal unemployment supplement will be extended.
