We had a shared Google drive account with all other homeowners information uploaded into it.

As a wholesaler, hopefully hearing from some of you with experience with these sites, what are the advantages or disadvantages of each of these sites respectively... as far as which search criteria to use on each platform?

With that being said I have expanded my search and have been looking in Omaha, NE.

Title company will need formation docs, and operating agreement to prepare deed and title docs and lender will need formation docs and operating agreement for lien search and loan docs.

@Connor Williams yeah, what the above posts stated but it's formally called "Forward Commitment" when a builder does it (if you want to google more on it).  

I would pick a major tourist destination where it wasn't saturated with STR's already.That would take some research but you could google top vacation destinations and find a place you would go on vacation.

We've gotten great residents who we met despite their original search on FF being way below market.

I didn't get a great deal but I did use Google Flights and Point.me to search for the best options.
