@Rajagopalarao PaidiRecognize time is also money if you are financing it and I have found without an agent will take longer to sell.Also are you local where you could manage all the showings, advertising etc?

@Issa Santos- I found 8 lawsuits they've been in, but I don't know of the details. 

Vegas is certainly more of an appreciation city especially with rates where they are now but that does not mean that cash flows can't be found.
