Whereas with an STR, even with clear english detailing any issues up front, is often booked on a whim with an overload of information digested in a short period of time.

Need more information surrounding why your current lender is suggesting they cannot utilize the rental income on your investment property.

However, without more information on what your preferences are, it is difficult to give you good advice.

I now inform all prospective buyers ahead of time that I will send my painter in as a 1 time courtesy once they complete their move-in to touch up hallways.

Some banks even offer features that allow account holders to manage individual tenant information within one account, making the process more convenient.

Connect with the case worker for that tenant ensure you get a courtesy copy of notices they receive from S8 so you're in the loop about recertification dates, etc.Confirm the information above w/ your State S8 office but I can't imagine they won't allow you to charge late fees.
