Oklahoma doesn't allow dual agency, but would it benefit me in some way to reach out to the same brokerage that the listing agent works at in order to keep more money in that brokerage and thus attempt to obtain a larger amount?

(had space heaters, dual window a/c heaters, etc) So that property is uninsured for now until I figure something out.

Guess I don't have a problem with him doing broker and lender rep - IF he discloses.Have more issue with a dual agency broker.Still you got lucky if he added in stuff to protect your interests.

Good luck - Am not a fan of wholesaling.Just call title companies and ask if they do dual escrows. 

You gotta find the right escrow that'll do dual escrows so true buyer and true seller never meet.Kinda snaky, so not every title company will do it.

That worked well for me as I was full-time, however, I have since moved eXp Realty which is flexible and let you run your business as you see necessary, and because all of our classes, etc. are cloud-based it enables dual career agents to attend classes, etc. at their convenience.
