I literally saw my client's book for the first 10 minutes and see why he was being audited by the IRS.Honestly, anyone can open up a bookkeeping service and it is nice to have a CPA to help back it up.

That's also true.I think if Syndication Fund is managed and audited properly, it could be really fantastic.

How much risk are you willing to take with a low cost study that increases your chances of audit?  

You might be intentionally creating a business loss on the taxes that might run the risk of getting an Audit?

It will save you literally thousands and will act as an insurance policy in the event you get audited since someone else did your taxes and you didnt throw them into turbotax and hope for the best. 

Is it worth it, is it difficult or is it even legal or will I get audited?
