With rental increases I could prob pay off my mortgage in 5/6 years which would net me 4K.

My goal is to generate more expenses on paper with the rental to reduce the taxable income for future years. 

He'll have at least $2k per month in positive cash flow and tons of equity when it's time to find the next home in some years.

I'm looking to partner with my brother to get our first STR by the end of this year/early next.
