We’ve had inherited folks that are still with us 10 years later, others Total train wreck’s.

There is a potential train wreck here on the insurance issue. 

I was one of those cash guys and he found a SFH wreck, owner behind on his mortgage and SBA loan.

A successful “save our water tank” campaign launched in the early 1980s spared it from the wrecking ball.

He is planning ahead...sees the train wreck about to happen but cannot stop the train, so give him credit there, I guess.

But, my real issue is with junk being deposited in the land and city sending my notice and have been fined twice already.I don’t know why but people always dump their piles of garbage, their wrecked cars and am already tired, frustrated of cleanings their mess and being notified by the city.Is fencing a good idea?

The tenant of mine who just moved into my house, unbeknownst to me, wrecked the apartment she was in for 7 years.

After the real estate run we've been on for the past decade, accelerated in the last couple of years, anything that's cheap at that level is either a wreck in need of serious rehab or in a really sketchy area without any realistic hope of appreciation.

Nope, the investors who came before us wrecked that.

That said, it depends on what needs to be done to the house, what your own abilities and input will be, and how much you can buy it for "as a wreck".
