He's not a flashy guy but I think everyone appreciates seeing their company name or logo, especially if they aren't the type to take time out and order something like that for themselves. 

We do intelligence, strategy, research, data.Instead of wasting your time with bandit signs, get a real logo!

I may switch brokerages again and honestly, I'm not taken by the colors or logo of eXp, but that's an aside...

But it also has the effect that you are just an amateur not an actual company.There are better ways to come across as someone that is serious, has money, is legit and real.Get a clean printed letter, state in non generic terms (not a template letter), who you are, what you do, why you do, with your name, number, email, company logo, website and send that to them.Nothing works better, I promise you that!

I design logos, booklets, and some merch for some colleagues, and although it's not consistent income it's helpful on top of my 9-5. 

The higher pull of the printed signs may have been the result of the our branding (logo), which appeared only on the printed signs, of course.  

I am also working on rebranding the property with a new name and logo.
