Hello, Currently I am in the beginning stages of doing my first fix-and-flip with a Hard Money Loan and I am running into an issue with the Hard Money Lender and Realtors in the area.

i think that has gotten slightly better in the past few months - it was utterly out of control for the past few years. 

I recently became a realtor and would love to bring value to investors that flip homes by offering our staging for free, and in return us have the chance to represent as the realtor (and could save money there too).
