Overall, the entire classic car market has contracted dramatically - younger people just aren't into it like we were when I was a kid - but prices are sky-high because there's no inventory since sellers have a bottom line and below that they're unwilling to sell at all.

When we do work on a property, a copy of the invoice is scanned and uploaded to a secure portal where the owner can see it at any time.If your PM is unwilling to share invoices, that's an indication they are hiding something or lazy.

As far as a money maker it isn't much of one and needs a bunch of work.Some sellers can't come to grips with prices coming down and they are unwilling to offer a good price to sell a property.I think I would pass unless there is something special about this area and property to you.
