I'd say it's about 1 out of the last hundred or so, and only then over my great protests to the owner of the house.An electric fire is not exactly news worthy, but talk to any insurance agent (or fire fighter) and you'll get a pretty clear picture of how dangerous old wiring is.

In Saint Clair County Illinois the time period to file a protest has been different almost every year. 

If you can legally subdivide and do so without getting to much push-back from neighbors whom may protest, then BUST THOSE LOTS UP and make some money man!

I think the tax appraisers are hesitant to raise value as fast as the market because there would be some serious protesting and riots.

It's just a choice they have to make between protesting every injustice in the world, or realizing the world is a mean and unfair place and just work hard on themselves. 

Apparently our government and our citizens are very much embracing socialized medicine, and I don't hear any organized protests to get rid of Medicare because it's socialized medicine.

There's a reason Charleton Heston, Ghandi and Malcom X all advocated everyone of every race to be armed in addition to protesting peacefully.
